| is currently on her last summer vacation in her university life. Is taking up European Studies in the Ateneo de Manila University. Has been blogging on different online journals since 2003. Makes icons, wallpapers, banners, and the like. Joined Livejournal solely for icons, because icons are love. But since she cannot resist the lure of a blank page, started blogging too on her supposed icon journal. Thus the mixture of icons and entries in this blog.
Thinks the music in this era isn't music anymore. Loves songs from the sixties until the nineties. Loves shopping for clothes and shoes, especially if she can get them on a bargain.
Fangirl. Since the Sailormoon era, then on to various animes. This resulted in knowing random Japanese words and phrases from watching anime with subtitles. Also lead to the discovery of yaoi.
Read Harry Potter in 1999 when her aunt gave her the first book since it was making waves in the US.
Loves books. Thinks she can read books for a living.
Loves Friends. Wants a Ross Geller of her own.
Wants to watch Wicked the Musical on Broadway with the original cast someday. Knows it may never happen, but still.
Then came the Asian Boybands.
June 4, 2007. After her third week of fangirling NEWS (in which she produced 380 icons, 12 wallpapers, and 15+ banners and headers together--the most she has ever done for a fandom and the shortest time she has been in one), her brain grew wings and flew away at the height of reading Fin's blog, reading Koyama's Member Ai, watching Ya Ya Yah videos, KAT TUN's Real Face. All in one go. (And she doesn't even like KAT TUN)
Then she discovered the amazing wonderfulness (that's not even a word) that is Dong Bang Shin Ki. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥. There are no words to describe how much DBSK owns her heart, soul, itunes and youtube favorites.
Keep in mind though, that this journal will have more entries about Jerica's life than her fandoms. But she's prone to spazz, keyboard mash, squee, and abuse capslock in most (if not all) her fangirl entries..which appear almost as much as real life entries, as much as she tries to limit them. 8DD
